| How much will it cost to use MorningstarAdvisor.ca? |
| MorningstarAdvisor.ca is subscription based Web site. There are two levels of service, the Basic Level of Service and the Premium Level of Service. The premium service includes the MorningstarAdvisor.ca Workstation, which is an integrated suite of Web-based planning, research, and portfolio tools, designed to help advisors serve clients efficiently and confidently. Depending on the tools you want to use, there will be different subscription charges. |

| How do I log in to use MorningstarAdvisor.ca? |
| If you have already registered, simply click Log In button. If you have not yet registered, click here to become a member of MorningstarAdvisor.ca. |

| What if I forgot my MorningstarAdvisor.ca password? |
| When you register, you are asked to provide a question and answer that is specific to you. If you lose your password, click the I forgot my login or password link. Enter the log-in name that you used during registration and the question you provided during the registration process will appear. Correctly answer the question that you provided and your password will be e-mailed to you. |

| How can I change my password? |
| Once you register, you will be able to modify your registration information at any time. To change your password, click the Membership link in the upper-right corner of the screen. Your Personal Profile appears. From there, scroll down and click Update Your Personal Profile, make the desired changes, then click Update for the changes to take effect. |

| What if I forgot my use MorningstarAdvisor.ca log-in name? |
| Re-acquiring your log-in name is handled in much the same way as a lost password. Click the I forgot my login or password link. Enter the e-mail address that you used during registration and the question you provided during the registration process will appear. Correctly answer the question that you provided and your log-in name will be e-mailed to you. |
